Elections for the Board of Directors are held at the Annual General Meeting.  Each year half of the Board terms expire.  Board members are allowed to sit for three consecutive terms and then must leave the Board for one year before seeking re-election.

To make a nomination to the Board of Directors, members in good standing can complete a nomination form and submit along with a brief biography of the nominee to the Saskatchewan Choral Federation, 212-1860 Lorne Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2L7 or by email to [email protected] by a designated date approximately one month prior to the Annual General Meeting. 
​Nominations must be received by a predetermined date annually before the annual general meeting.  Please contact us if you have someone you would like to nominate before the announcement of nominations opening.

Nominations for the Board of Directors are not accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.  Nominators and nominees must be members in good standing with the Saskatchewan Choral Federation.
