  • A completed application form that outlines the project's goals, expectations and anticipated revenue and expenses.  Other sources of funding should also be included in order to strengthen the application.

Application Deadline

Applications are required a minimum of 30 days before the start of the project.

  2. Funds available
  3. Number of participants and groups involved
  4. Length of the project

Please note that:

  • Late or incomplete application forms will not be considered.  Please attach additional pages if you require more space on the form.

Disbursement of Funds

The maximum Special Project Funding awarded to a member choir per year will be 75% of the total cost of the project or $400. Funding is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Approved grants will be disbursed to cover a deficit up to the approved amount.
  • All special projects deemed eligible for funding will receive funding after the project upon submission of the Final Report and of the programs and promotion displaying the SCF, Sask Lotteries, SaskCulture and Sask Arts Board logos.
  • The Final Report and required materials must be completed and submitted to the SCF office within 60 days of the end of the project.
  • Reports cannot be accepted and no funding can be provided after June 30th.
  • Special Projects that do not meet deadlines will not be eligible for funding, and/or will waive their right to receive outstanding funding disbursements.
