Submit all ads and logos by e-mail to Nicole Williams specifying in the 'subject' whether a program ad or a delegate bag logo.  Ads and logos are due by April 1, 2010.  Kit inserts and table favours are required by May 1, 2010.

*All ads must be at least 300 dpi resolution and submitted in a PDF, JPEG or EPS file.  All fonts must be embedded in PDF files.

**Inside cover pages can be either full colour/no bleeds (5" x 8") or full colour/full bleed ads (5.5" x 8.5").  For a full colour/full bleed ad, ensure that there is a .25" bleed.

All ads, logos, inserts and favour items will be included at the discretion of The Podium 2010 Organizing Committee.
