MarketPlace Trade ShowThe MarketPlace Trade Show will be a highlight of Podium 2010! A limited number of trade show booths are available to businesses and individuals looking to showcase their products and services to the Canadian Choral Community. More than 700 people are expected to attend Podium 2010 and the MarketPlace Trade Show, in the centre of activity on the Convention Floor, makes it an ideal location for marketing and selling your services and wares. The MarketPlace Trade Show will take place in the Convention Floor Lobby of the Delta Bessborough Hotel in Saskatoon. Display space will be booked and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. All displays must be booked by April 15, 2010. Exhibitors may begin setting up their displays at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 20, 2010 with the MarketPlace Trade Show beginning at 12:00 noon. All displays must be taken down and removed from the facility by 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Trade show display space is available for $175.00 per 8' w x 6' d booth. Each exhibitor is also asked to provide one item for the ACCC Silent Auction table with the winners to be announced during Saturday evening's Gala Banquet and Awards Ceremony. Tables, chairs, electrical and internet are available through the Delta Bessborough. The hotel will accept shipments in advance. Registered exhibitors will have access to the Exhibitor Lounge located on the Convention Floor. Displayers may cancel their trade show booth before April 15, 2010 and receive a full refund on their booking fee. Cancellations before May 1, 2010 will result in a refund of half of the booking fee. No refunds will be given out after May 1, 2010. Refunds for furnishings and equipment will be as per Delta Bessborough policy. MarketPlace Trade Show Hours of Operation:
Although all efforts will be made to accommodate request for space and display requirments, event organizations reserve the right to deny a displayer's request. All requests will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
