Borrowing Guidelines
- In order to borrow music, you must be a member in good standing of the Saskatchewan Choral Federation, or, under the ACCC National Library Lending Policy, a member in good standing of another provincial choral federation.
- As the borrower, you are responsible to ensure all copies are returned clean and in good repair.
- Music may not be passed from one borrower to another without the written permission of the SCF.
- The borrower is asked to acknowledge the Saskatchewan Choral Federation as a music source in their concert program and provide a copy of that program when the music is returned.
- Replacement of lost or damaged music will be invoiced to the borrower at a minimum cost of $5 per copy.
- Time spent to clean music will be invoiced to the borrower at a rate of $20/hour, minimum 1 hour charge.
- All orders will be assessed a handling fee of $5 (in-province) and $10 (out-of-province) regardless of shipment method.
- All music must be returned to the SCF Office by June 30th or lost charges will apply.
