RMVC Guest Artist

Arek Nicholson is a young man with a big love for music thanks to his parents and music instructors!

Originally from the Cayman Islands, Arek has been studying at the University of Regina under the direction of Lynn Channing since arriving in Saskatchewan in 2006.  Currently in his fourth and final year in the U of R's Bachelor of Music Education program, Arek plans to further his studies in the United Kingdom where he will major in Finance and Spanish.  While working on his degree, Arek has been involved with many University bands and choirs.  Music has been a positive influence in his life and Arek hopes to inspire those he will be teaching to come to know and appreciate the same positive influence in their lives.

Arek will join forces with the Regina Male Voice Choir on April 25th to salute the Canadian Navy Centennial in the RMVC's annual concert, 'You're In the Navy Now!'.
