Elections are held each year at the Annual General Meeting in November. Each year half of the Board terms expire. Board members are allowed to sit for three consecutive terms and then must leave the Board for one year before seeking re-election.

To make a nomination to the Board of Directors, complete this form and submit along with a brief biography of the nominee to the Saskatchewan Choral Federation, 1870 Lorne Street, REGINA, SK S4P 2L7, by October 1, 2011. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. Nominees must be members in good standing with the Saskatchewan Choral Federation.
